Returns and exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery only if you receive a wrong, damaged or defective product.
Evidence required
An unboxing video must clearly show the issue. Please record the unboxing as you open your parcel and keep the video available when contacting our team.
What is not eligible
We do not accept change-of-mind returns or returns based on personal like or dislike.
Refund eligibility
A refund is available only if the product received is wrong or damaged.
