How do I choose the right size?
Measure your mattress or bedding insert, then compare those measurements with the dimensions on the product page. Set contents vary by product, so check the listed pieces before ordering.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 3–7 days. The delivery charge is PKR 350.
Can I place an order on WhatsApp?
Yes. Use the Order on WhatsApp button on a product page, or contact us on WhatsApp at 0311 9417417. The product button includes the product and your selected details in the message.
How does the advance-payment offer work?
Contact our team on WhatsApp to arrange advance payment and receive 5% off the product subtotal. Delivery charges are separate. Cash on Delivery orders are excluded.
When can I request a return or exchange?
Returns and exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery only for a wrong, damaged or defective product. An unboxing video must clearly show the issue. Change-of-mind or like/dislike returns are not accepted.
When is a refund available?
A refund is available only if you receive the wrong product or a damaged product. Contact our team with your order number and an unboxing video clearly showing the issue.
How should I care for my bedding?
Follow the product label and the care instructions on the product page. Care varies by fabric and finish. If the instructions are unclear, contact us before washing.
